''Culture shock'' In the eyes of peggie.
Africa is inhabited by cultural communities, and hence the introduction of cultural studies in the institutions of higher learning. Peggie Rua Matti, is a student at daystar university, her internship gave her the experience and adventure to the farthest conners of Laikipia. she is here at the Ngarua Maarifa center, where she has started taking community classes on community journalism. The Maarifa center promotes the access of information by the rural folks through ICTs.
